Your responsibilities as a warehouse operative
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Picking stock
- Lifting goods up to 15kg
- General tidying and ensuring work areas are kept safe
- Packing stock ready for delivery ensuring a timely delivery and contributing to a smooth supply chain
- Other general warehouse duties as needed
Basic requirements
No experience is needed, so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for their first job as a warehouse operative. Full training is provided.
Shifts
You’ll be working 5 days week, Monday to Friday, and may also need to work some days at the weekend.
There are 2 shift patterns available:
- 06:00-14:30
- 14:30-23:00
The rate of pay for first-time Pick Packers for AM shifts will be £9.78 per hour, for skilled Pick Packers it will be £10.06 per hour.
For PM shifts, first-time Pick Packers will be on £10.86, and skilled Pick Packers on £11.18 per hour.
