But after experiencing the limitations of using traditional sales teams she wanted to find a way to harness the power of a workforce that is agile and effective, without sacrificing bottom line business performance.
Founded in 2015, redwigwam is an online platform that uses innovative technology to match its 250,000-strong community of workers with businesses in a wide variety of sectors offering temporary or part-time roles, with a difference.
Placing community at the heart of our purpose, our mission is simple – to open up flexible working for both employers and workers to enjoy.
Employed by us, but free to book onto any job on our platform, our skilled and talented wigwammers are loaned out to businesses around the UK providing a temporary extension to an existing workforce.
Employers feel the positive impact of measurable return by flexing their team as they need. Workers choose when and where they complete roles according to their lifestyle. Proving a workforce no longer has to be static.
