Red Alert distribution call - reporting questions

Booked a Quick Check and Fix Call (also known as Red Alerts)?

Here's a quick overview of the questions you will be asked to complete the call. To complete the call, you need to go to https://app.redwigwam.com/login and log in. 

You will see a lists of all the visits you have booked this week, ordered Monday-Sunday

PLEASE DO NOT CLICK 'ARE YOU READY TO START THIS DISTRIBUTION VISIT' UNTIL YOU ARE IN STORE AND READY TO BEGIN. 

Once you have clicked 'Start Visit' these are the questions you will be asked...

Part 1: Sign in and start visit

  1. Front of store photo (You will need to upload a photo)
  2. Are you able to access the store? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  3. Have you completed the sign-in book? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  4. Product fixture on entry photo (You will need to upload a photo)

 

Part 2: Making a difference

  1. Can you find an error on the stock system? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  2. Can you order any stock? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  3. Can you merchandise any stock (Select a single answer from the available options)
  4. Can you site an SEL on the fixture? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  5. Can you increase facings? (Select a single answer from the available options)
  6. Can you increase fixture capacity? (Select a single answer from the available options)

 

Part 3: Any other issues?
