How long does it take to get set up?

Finding staff with redwigwam is quick and hassle free. We’ll need an initial chat to discuss your needs and get your online account set up. Once this is done, we can help you load your first role, or you can log in and get started yourself.

Our matching process is automatic, so your job, once live, is matched to all people in the requested location with suitable skills. They then book the jobs they want to do. You have the option to screen them if needed – some clients like to interview; others are just happy for them to turn up. The choice is yours – you are in control every step of the way.

If you are unsure on the exact number of people you need, that’s OK too – you can use our unique ‘on the bench’ service which allows you to book the maximum number of people you might need, and then confirm only the people you need at a later date.

What HR & Admin do you cover?

We employ all of our workers, and deal with all aspects of their payroll. We work with online timesheets, which a worker submits at the end of their shift. You simply need to check the information they have supplied is accurate (and you can query it if not) and then approve it.

We then pay them and send you an invoice.

All national insurance and tax deductions are made, plus our workers earn holiday pay for every job they do. They are also invited to join our pension scheme.

We do everything the right way, and check all our workers have the right to work in the UK.

How quickly can you source staff?

Sometimes, speed is of an essence – and we pride ourselves in being able to fill roles on very short notice when needed.

How much does it cost?

Using redwigwam is a very cost-effective way to find staff.

How much it costs depends on a couple of factors, but what’s important to note is there is no cost until the job has been completed.

You set the wage and your payment terms, and then what you’ll be invoiced for is the workers’ wages, the cost of employment such as NI and Holiday Pay and then a small booking fee.

The booking fee starts at 9% which is based on our best payment terms of 3 days Direct Debit and then it’s a sliding scale; the quicker you pay us, the cheaper it is!
