Workers – All our jobs are temp jobs.

  • We really hope we can find you work but we might not be lucky enough to get jobs for everyone.
  • If we offer you a role and accept it we expect you to turn up and do a good job.  If not, we’ll find you.
  • At the end of each day, we need you to get your timesheet signed.
  • We treat all of our workers fairly and will take your side in any disputes, within reason.
  • We employ all our staff, which allows us to keep you legal and pay you quickly and work out your tax and NI correctly
  • We will work with you to help maximize your income and provide advice and support.
  • We pay holiday pay, which we accumulate on every job and pay at an appropriate time.
  • We treat the information we hold on you fairly, we won’t abuse it.
  • Respect is important to us, we will respect you but we would appreciate your respect in return.
  • We will always try our hardest to find you work that suits you and fits with your lifestyle.

Hirers – We treat all of our workers fairly, which means:

  • We employ them all
  • We always pay tax and NI
  • We always accrue and pay for holiday time
  • We always pay employer NI
  • If a worker does not turn up, we will do our best to find someone to replace them, no matter how short the notice is.
  • We would never charge you for a worker who does not turn up.  However, we don’t pay compensation either in this circumstance.
  • We invoice after approval of timesheets and our terms are 7 days.
  • We are VAT registered and charge VAT.
  • We need you to sign off on staff timesheets as efficiently as you can, that way we get the workers paid quickly.
  • We trust you not to nick any of our staff but if you really want to employ someone full-time just let us know and we can sort it out.
  • We are responsible for the workers until they get to you, after that you are responsible.
  • If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as you can, that way you are less likely to incur any cost.
  • We treat the information we hold on you fairly, we won’t abuse it.

  • Like your worker so much you want to offer them a permanent role? No problem! Just let us know and we can make it happen for just £99 + VAT
