Chef / Sous chef

Description
The Sous Chef role is to assist the head chef, you will oversee the kitchen in the head chefs absense and make sure food is up to a high standard, along with food hygiene. A souse chef takes orders from the head chef cooking a variety of dishes, making sure they are of a high standard. You must have the ability to work under pressure, hit targets and make sure everything is up to a perfect standard. This role is perfect for someone who is a natrual leader, assistanting the head chef as best they can. You must be able to follow orders and micromanage the team and resolve any issues with customers food.
