Can I rota my staff who are on furlough?
The answer is, yes.
You can put your staff on a rotated furlough.
However, you can only do this if your employee has previously been furloughed for three consecutive weeks any time before June 30th.
There is room to be much more flexible about this from July 1st.
You will be able to rota employees from work-to-furlough on a weekly basis.
